Mr Price home your client service is non existent!

I placed an order on the 25.01.2023, on the 9th February I receive a call from the delivery courier guy telling me he cant find the location. In the meantime he is a totally different province than where the delivery should take place and where Mr Price has delivered a hundred times in the past 9 years before. After 4 days I am still getting feedback from Mr Price Home as to where my parcel is, I received my statement today where they have billed for a purchase that was never delivered to me.
