Mr Price Home WORST SERVICE

Do NOT BUY ONLINE FROM MR PRICE HOME. I bought items online from Mr Price on 5 July. Two items were broken when I opened it. The third item was unwanted. I took the items back to the Mr Price Home store in Kenilworth Centre. They refused to take the items back because it was purchased online. They said I had to use the courier to send it back to the warehouse. It’s been a month. I called into the Helpline numerous times. I’ve sent numerous emails to have the items collected at my address. Every time I call in I have to send all my information to them AGAIN. It’s been a month and they STILL HAVE NOT COLLECTED THEIR ITEMS. It’s over R1000 worth of items just standing there because it’s broken. I am really disappointed in Mr Price. I will never buy online from them again.
