Mr Price Home - worst online shopping experience ever: Delivered wrong items and offered no customer support

<p>I ordered five items from Mr Price Home's online store and paid extra money to have it delivered ASAP because it was for a special moment for my two year old daughter. They only managed to get two out of the three items correct and the delivery man was so rude I had to ask him to stop putting the phone down in my ear. </p> <p>End result? I will never order from them again, I am still waiting for the correct items, my daughter's big surprise was ruined and I had to complain on three different social media platforms since they didn't respond to my customer complaint mails to them.</p> <p>I have asked fo rmy delivery fee to be refunded and have given them until Wednesday 12 July to collect the wrong items and deliver the correct items.</p> <p>I made use of the online shop because I couldn't carry the big planter I ordered since I'm over seven months pregnant. </p> <p>They couldn't handle five items for delivery!</p> <p> </p>
