Mr Price Home William Moffett Retail Park Port Elizabeth - Disgusting customer service
Mr Price Home William Moffett Retail Park. The staff in this store lack the ability to provide good customer service. Unfriendly staff. Not once was I offered assistance by any staff on the floor. You have to find them and even when you ask for assistance they act like they are doing you a favor. But worst of all was the utterly appalling manner in which your cashier treated me today! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!!! I was completely shocked by his behavior infront of a full shop.

25 Apr 2022, 15:12Went into the Baywest branch. Gentleman on the floor was beyond helpful. He came up to me to ask if there was anything he could help me with, when asked a question he knew exactly what I was talking about, gave the best advise, offered to help me beyond my expectations, most polite and kind manners, I was beyond grateful to be greeted by such a lovely, helpful individual and he deserves all the best accolades and more! You need more people like this is your stores. I have yet to step foot In your William Moffett branch for fear of the rude teller you have working for you who decided to kick up a fuss infront of an entire store filled with customers moaning at me because he lacked the knowledge to ask the necessary questions when ringing my items up, preceeded to moan at me saying that it's my fault for not informing him the 2 Bean bags I was purchasing, amoung other things, we're 2 different colours to the one I lifted up to show him. It was only when we asked him if it makes a difference that the 2 bean bags are different colours that he began lashing out at us. fully aware of someone having a bad day but to be treated like that is unacceptable, especially infront of my kids!
