Mr Price Home - will take your money and not deliver your goods. Simple as that.

I recently read a complaint written by another patron about ordering from MRPH online and not receiving the order. I placed an online order with MRPH on 6 November 2020. I am yet to receive my order. What is more is that the so called customer care service team have completely disregarded my query. I was initially told that they could not trace my payment. Once I submitted all of the proof, the silence was deafening. I have had no further updates. I subsequently reached out to their Chief Operating Officer, Arn de Haas, who has completely ignored me too. For a large corporate client Mr Price, your service is absolutely ********** and you are in effect ******* since you are quick to take the money but you fail to deliver.
