MR PRICE HOME WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN!

Mr. Price Home's service are unbelievably bad. I placed and order online the 1st of August already and only received it yesterday 16 August. They are not helpful when I came to the @Mrpricesandton branch they had stories, they do not have the "product" they will call me when I can come, of course didn't get a call. I called the online center and they said it is there I can go an collect, the second time I arrived they still didn't have the product!!! I demanded a refund as it was the 12 of August already and I did not receive my order yet. They refused and said I should phone the call center. I did so and guess what?? I can only get the refund at the branch!!!!!!!! I told him I am going to get lawyers involved because this sounds really ********* what they are doing they are refusing my refund and I cant just leave it! So Bongani said that I can collect it at the @MrpricehomeClearwater as it was closer to my home, came there yesterday nothing!!! they had the product right in front of me but refused to give it to me as I selected Sandton and not Clearwater!!! I explained to him that bongani said I can come and collect here and he spoke to you guys that Sandton do not have stock, he refused and did not even help me or try to help me. I called my Lawyer he came and assisted to talk to the manager because this was clearly now beginning to expand into a civil case. Leah Slabbert at Clearwater Mall assisted urgently with kindness and understanding she did talk to her staff and was really helpful. At the end of the day I decided not to buy at Mr. Price ever again they are overpriced, service is ****, and quality is bad. I will share this on social media as well and tell all my friends. PEP HOME stays the best!
