Mr Price Home Website & Harvest Place Staff

I would like to communicate my utter disgust in their website for giving false information and their store and staff at Harvest Place, Glen Marais for being completely *********** and rude and unprofessional. I went on their website for Microfibre Glow Cosmos Eyelet Curtain, 140x225cm; on your website I checked the availability in store at Harvest Place and according to their website they have 5 in stock... which is a utter lie. Thus I feel their website is misleading. I went to Harvest Place to get the product and as you may have inferred, they do not have stock, they do not even stock ANYTHING for children's bedrooms. So I completely wasted my time going to the shop. When I asked one of the staff, a gentleman, he tried to help me by checking on the system but then the power went off, he referred me to another staff member, a lady (unfortunately I didn't get a name- as she didn't speak to me at all), the gentleman told me to show the picture to this lady, all she did was shake her head and say 'Uh-ah', she couldn't even use the word no, or to even apologise. Upon which I told her they will then need to do something about the fact that their website states that they had, but they didn't, she couldn't even apologise, she didn't even say a word. I think it is completely unprofessional, from her as a staff member of the shop and their website for being so misleading. I feel the least they can do then is give me free delivery as I am not going to another shop.
