Mr price home ****ty service

I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving form Mr price home. I ordered a couch 2 weeks ago that is meant to have been delivered ages ago. I called several times to check where about my parcel is and nobody could give me a clear explanation why I haven’t received it! 2 agents kept me on hold until I gave up waiting. This is ****ty service I want my money back or my couch!!!
