MR Price Home took my money and refuse to give me a voucher I paid for

I bought a voucher online and they did not deliver (email) the voucher. I have wasted hours trying to get the voucher and has even asked for money to be credited back in to my credit card. See proof of my communication with them below

Have you sent the voucher yet? If you are not able to send the voucher may you please just reverse the transaction and return the money into my credit card

Good day

I have accepted that you are not interested in helping me. All I am asking for, now is for my money to be credited back in to my credit card. If you are not able to do that may you please let me know, so that I can stop wasting my time. Please do not insult my intelligence by sending me another email telling me that you have forwarded my query to one of your departments.

On the 12 of December 2019 after I wrote a review on hellopeter, Ms Meeander Moodley called me and told me to give her mt order number. I emailed her the order number the same day. Today is the 6th of January 2020 and I am still waiting for her to respond to my email
