Mr Price Home - Take money but don't deliver

I recently (24th of June) bought a couch and rug from Mr Home Online store and selected a delivery option. Delivery was expected on the 4th of July. After having to follow up on where my order was after the 4th of July I was told that they did not have my order. I sent them the order number and after their investigation, they informed me that they have not received the funds. Which is weird because it was a credit card transaction and the funds our out of my account. My bank then pulled a proof of payment that I forwarded to Mr Price. Mr Price then still confirmed they have not received the funds. I asked my bank to find the funds and they have confirmed that Mr Price has banked the funds on the 30th of June. Now, currently sitting with funds that I have paid to Mr Price, and having to fight to get my order that is apparently not logged. For a listed Company to have this bad Online Service delivery in today's age, it is no wonder why their share price is on the decline.
