MR Price Home such a big disappointment

What an awful experience with their online store - you order an item that is indicated as in stock and pay for it & receive a confirmation of purchase. More than a day later they send me an e-mail stating that the order has been cancelled - no details no re-fund nothing. So I contact the call center who simply keep you waiting forever and then are so rude. I am told they have no stock and can expect a refund in 4-7 days. I say this is unacceptable and just get cut off. This was a gift for someone starting a new life for themselves and who has very little and would have helped to get them on their feet. Now they are expecting the goods and sadly MR Price Home has shattered that-. This is such poor service and they sit with the money earning interest for a week while someone in need goes without. It is shameful and the worst online purchasing experience. I would strongly recommend people give them a miss!
