MR PRICE HOME STOLE R3000 FROM ME

I placed an order on Monday morning 12/11 and over R3000 came off my account. I need the order delivered urgently and they can't even see the order on their side due to a 'technical error'. Why can't they just process my order - the money has come off my account! If I knew this would be such a hassle I would have just gone to the store to buy the items - the whole point of online shopping is convenience. Right now I just want my money back!
