Mr Price Home staff are uninformed

Over the past weekend I went to the Woodlands branch of Mr Price Home in Pretoria, specifically to pick up an application form for a Mr Price Money account. I wanted information before I made my final decision to apply, i.e. different account options, interest rates, payment options, etc. <br> <br> The first lady who tried to explain the different account types to me contradicted herself numerous times, and could not tell me what the interest rates are. She then asked another staff member to assist me, but he also could not give me info regarding interest rates. He did however give me a more detailed explanation regarding account types. I was then informed that the first staff member would call 'accounts' for me to get the interest rates. She was on the phone for more than 10 minutes without answer, where after I left. <br> <br> I still have not found the information I need. I can't quite fathom why the interest rates are not listed on the application form either. Surely I am not the only person who wants the above-mentioned information before applying for an account?!
