Mr price home sold me Damaged Goods

I bought a two seater couch and a one seater couch, last week friday on the 23rd of September at mr price home in argyle road durban,delivery was done yesterday the 28th of September,to my suprise the goods were damaged, they had huge holes underneath, I than called them to inform them of the issue at hand. I spoke to a guy by the name of Eugene he than told me he'd get back to me before the end of the day, waited until the very next morning, I than decided to go back to argyle road at MR PRICE HOME where the goods we enitially purchased, I spoke to the store manager by the name of naeem, who did not assist me with anything accept to call their customer service line, left me with the phone, to sort out this issue myself, to my suprise the person on the other line was eugen the same guy I had spoke to the previous day, I told him I had taken pics of the damaged goods, he asked me to send the pics to naeem and they will sort the matter out for me,I asked to speak to eugen's manager who said they will sort it out for me and call me within an hour, its five hours later im still waiting for them,no one has called and said anything , I've called numerous times no one seems to tell me what's happening, I want the goods to exchanged,failing which they must give me back my money, i am highly disappointed with MR PRICE HOME.
