Mr Price Home should close their online store

They do not derseve the one star I have given them. I placed an order online on the 19th April, for collection at the store. Order showed shipped and when 4 days passed without an sms I called the store to check if they had my order and they said yes. Went to collect and was told your order is supposed to be 2 boxes but we have 1 here and cannot give it to you. I told them to deliver my order when they receive the 2nd box as I am not prepared to drive there again to collect the same order twice. The branch called to inform me that their online says it is not their fault that the courier delivered one box instead of two, so I guess it is mine. Today received an email informing me to collect the order and I told them if they cannot deliver my order they must cancel and reimburse me. The response I received was if you are unable to collect your order we will cancel it. I am fuming right. No apology from Mr Price Home but arrogance. Nxaa. The other time I was told I will not be able to get my parcel because they are offline and cannot print my invoice so I must come back. As if my car runs on holy water.
