Mr Price Home - shocking service

I purchased 2 chairs for my mom’s birthday. The chairs were delivered on 13 December, but the legs were incorrect. They took the stock back. I’ve been calling and messaging their call centre who keep saying they will come back to me. It’s been two and a half weeks and I still have no resolution. Quick to take your cash but cannot even answer a query. Will NEVER recommend them!
