Mr Price Home service is disgusting

It has been almost a month begging MrPrice for a credit for stuff I cancelled their customer support representative Meeander Moodley has never once responded and each time you call you have to explain the reason for your call which shows that the do not take their customers issues serious enough to have them recorded "we will escalate the issue" is their general response for everything. I will have to resort to opening a case of ***** since I will be held liable for an order I did not receive and claim for the money I have used calling and sending emails that are never answered
