It’s a pity I cannot do 0 rating, I made an order for 3 blankets in the 20th May. After 5 days of no change on the status I decided to cancel the order as it’s freaken winter we are cold , we needed them urgently. Now 3 days after cancellation there has been no refund nothing, no communication whatsoever. Are you guys robbing ppl now huh ... R699.99 may not be a lot to u but it’s a whole lot to me as a low income worker in South Africa. PLEASE STOP FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER REFUND MY MONEY.......
