Mr Price Home Rosebank not answering calls!!!

I made an online order Wed 2020/06/17 and the estimated delivery date was Wed 1 July. I got an email on Sat 2020/06/20 that the order was on its was to Mr Price Home Rosebank which was exciting considering the estimation was really far. I've since been trying to call the store on *** to confirm if the order arrived as i never received a collection email or text but they don't answer calls...
