Mr Price home rosebank complaint

Hellopetter and everyone else.

I purchased office table and its chair from Mr Price home in Rosebank store inthe 12th of August 2024.

Whoever was helping me through out the purchasing process advised me not to hire a bakkie for my delivery and should use their transport instead of which the delivery fare was R400, my table was R1200 and the chair was R1000, so I decided to take his advice n paid an amount of R3154.00, some of the things that they don’t deliver are included there.

I’ve been waiting for their delivery and now it’s been 2 full months, I went to the store several times, I called the store, I’ve called their head offices and unfortunately I’m not dramatic and they are not giving me any valid answers they don’t even communicate with me.

Last time I wrote their head office an email all they told me is that they’re gonna sort everything in 2 working days, now it’s been two full month when I go to the store their are telling me about circulating the order of which I don’t even understand.

I’ve been patient, I’ve been bearing with them but honestly I’m really hurt with their poor service and miscommunication, Mr Price is a very big company to be doing and being posted on such platforms.

I’m really disappointed and very hurt. Now their stuff is telling me that they can only refund me 2000, how so???
