Mr Price Home register is a ****

Ive had such a terrible experience with a Mr Price home registry. Everything has just been a hassle.

I had a gift registry with them for my wedding. My guests purchased items for delivery. I only received two items the rest I did not get. When I viewed the purchase history the items appeared as cancelled however have been paid for.

I queried this through the WhatsApp channel. The first agent informed me that a query will be logged and I will get a response in 48 hours. A week later I queried again using WhatsApp and the agent told me that I need to get feedback from the first agent and they will log a query against their name for them to contact me when they are back. Weeks later I reached to only get the same answer from an agent by the name Preneshen, he clearly just informed that the first agent must contact me.

I do not understand why they have the channel if clients cannot be assisted.

This is absolutely ridiculous, May I please be contacted by someone who can answer my questions and resolve this matter.
