Mr Price Home - received damaged table twice

We order the Tulip 4 Seater Dining Table from MrPrice home. We specifically made a note to check the table before delivery for any damages, as we have been to a MrPrice home shop where all the stock they had was damaged. Still the table arrived on Friday, 21 August, damaged.

After 8 working days, they came to deliver a new one, which was also damaged.

It’s incredibly disheartening to work with a company that seems to not care about you as a customer, not once did they call me with an update. Every time I had to call them, asking for an update.

Not to mention the rude customer service I got over the phone, almost as if they are annoyed with me.

Extremely disappointed with them.
