MR Price Home - POOR SERVICE
If I could rate this a ZERO i would definitely. Order placed online 21/07/20 - To date still nothing received. Numerous calls, emails, holding on for customer service agents (on my expense 20 minutes and longer) and nowhere closer to receiving my order. Krishni promised me a follow up to ensure delivery would happen and guess what....STILL WAITING...Please don't bother having a customer division if you cant handle simple reverse logistics.

14 Aug 2020, 08:27I get a call back from a consultant and honestly it is nothing but Arrogence and Attitude. Without your customer you have NO BUSINESS. Call was dropped and didn’t even bother calling back, that is how they deal with escalated queries so should tell you everything!
