Mr Price Home - Poor Quality Delivery

Ordered a white office chair from Mr Price Home for delivery. I am very disappointed in the service received as my package has been tampered with.

The item was delivered on Thursday 14 January, the box was opened, according to the delivery company, the box was unsealed because they delivered the package to the wrong address and another person had opened the box. However the box has Mr.Price tape fastened in those areas of the box that were damaged and torn, so I assume this may have happened in the MRP factory itself.

There are also items missing from the package, like the *****s to assemble the product. I even found a bottle of sanitizer / air freshener in the box.

I cannot accept such poor service. As a loyal customer, MRP home cannot expect their customers to expect packages that are in such terrible condition like they barely survived WW III.
