Mr Price Home poor customer service!
Terrible customer service! Purchased online 2x Double base sets, or what I believed was a double base set because the image online had a base and mattress. When it arrived it was 2x bases, now who in their right mind pays R4k for a double base, so I called customer care the very same evening and asked if I could return it and they were processing it for collection over a week ago. I am still waiting with bases standing in my living room. I call customer care every day I email BERLIN DANIELS, I what's app customer service every day since the 26th July. I'm not asking for a miracle I just want the items returned and to be reimbursed

06 Aug 2022, 11:13Glad I didn't hold my breath, nothing collected. Called customer support and held on for 30min and then I whatsapped all of yesterday and this morning. Was told the courier would collect yesterday the 5th Aug. And nothing! Follow up today and told they don't collect on weekends. It's actually ridiculous. I wish I could just drop it off at a home store and never shop at Mr Price again!!!!!
