Mr Price Home, please ask Brooklyn Mall to refund me in cash not vouchers
I purchased an item online from Mr Price Home and it was not delivered after two weeks. I then asked for a refund and cancelled the order. They say they can only give me a gift voucher. I would prefer the cash. They then say that only their branch in Menlyn can give me cash for the voucher. Menlyn is not practical for me to get to. I asked if their Brooklyn Mall branch could give me the cash instead. They said no. Please will someone help. It is unfair to make me to go to Menlyn when I have not been there in years and I will not accept a voucher when I paid cash.
