Mr Price Home Paid up account handed over after receipt of paod up letter!

I was absolutely shocked when I received a call last week from Easton Berry Attorneys informing me that my Mr Price Home account has been handed over to them for collection. This after I received a paid up letter from them dated 26 October 2020!!! And what makes it worse is that the credit bureaus information is also still incorrect after the paid up letter states that they will update records in 7-14 days. No use to try and dispute the info online with Transunion as it is impossible to speak to an actual person!
