MR PRICE HOME - ORDER NOT FOUND AND MONEY PAID

I am VERY upset with Mr Price Home's customer service. I placed an online order on the 2nd of August 2022 and used 2 x online vouchers and paid the rest via card. The money went off my bank but Mr Price Home can't even pick up my order??? And I have been waiting more than a week now for them to either refund my money or actually send my order? They don't even put in the effort to track my money and 2 x R500 vouchers that i used.

I am very disappointed as I have always been a loyal customer to the Mr Price Group. But with this service, I feel like i will never support them again?

And now i am also a R4200 short as well as R1000 worth's vouchers......
