MR PRICE HOME or NOT

Hi I was at your store Sunday 03/12/2023, First issue I found was there is not really any trollies, your items are big in size majority of the time however have to use a basket trolly other customers walking around with multiple items stacked in their arms praying it will not fall. not the biggest issue but makes ones journey in your store annoying already.

Got to till point had to wait for Vuman to finish what she was busy with, when got helped, not the most friendliest either, gave my pillow first and it was ranged up and placed to the side, other items was ranged up and we where asked for a bag and then a second bag we paid and left, to discover later that evening that the pillow was never added in either of the bags. Was really looking forward to trying out the pillow, well that has to wait till tomorrow I guess when I call them to let them know what happened.

Called the store number on the slip just after 13:00 and it says not available, googled number for store called 3 times and only rings and rings and rings and then eventually stops. So there is a lack of staff in the store as you lucky to have 1 or more cashiers available. Also when you cashiers are busy phone doesn't get answered well lets just paint it as that they were to busy to answer the phone.

How can I get my pillow as I am not interested any longer to drive to your store again and waste my time and fuel, as I have tried to call and arrange to come out there but now joy.?
