Mr Price Home Online - Zero Customer Service | Incomplete Order | Refund Needed Now!

DO NOT Order from them online. I have had 2 AWFUL experiences, they are not equipped to manage. Most recently: I have had an incomplete delivery - missing item R1,500 mirror which was damaged y courier. This was weeks ago. Mr Price Home emails state everything has been delivered. Which it has not. No one has bothered to contact me. I have been on the phone holding for close to 45 now to be told - they are awaiting feedback from the courier. This is not my issue and I want a credit now! No one can tell me anything.
