MR PRICE HOME ONLINE - STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

I ordered a chest of drawers from Mr Price Home online 3 Dec 2024, with expected del before Christmas. However, as of 10 Feb 2024, i have yet to receive my order or refund. CITY LOGISTICS the designated courier, failed to deliver the item 5 separate occasions, despite confirming del schedules with me. When the item finally arrived (7 weeks later), it was assembled incorrectly, with misaligned handles. I requested a refund from Mr Price Home, but they have failed to provide one, citing the need for CITY LOGISTICS to collect the item and return it to their depot. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this process, as it would require me to wait an additional 7 weeks. Despite multiple promises from Mr Price Home to escalate the matter, i have seen no resolution. The lack of effective communication and very poor service from Mr Price Home and CITY LOGISTICS has been disappointing and frustrating....
