Mr Price Home Online Stay Away

I ordered (on 07/05/2018 order no ********** 08710) my mother an mothers day present online, it got delivered to the wrong address. When she eventually received the parcel it was damaged, they collected the item and gave me credit.

I then had to re-order the item again that got damaged this was on the 22/05/2018 order ********** 09328 and it's not getting shipped. Talked numerous of times to an online agent Charnee but till date, no solution, and no one can tell me whey my order is still not shipped.

No getting any feedback from them. This is very upsetting.
