Mr Price Home Online Shopping - never again

I ordered over R6000 worth of items at the beginning of Jan. I started receiving the order in bits in pieces, without indication of how many deliveries to expect. I had to follow up every single time, using the WhatsApp chat (which is of no use) or holding on at least 30 min for customer care. I also sent emails which have yet to be responded to. I was told items which were out of stock to the value of R1300, would be refunded in the form of a voucher. I recieved broken items. Had to call, options given to me, was to take it back to a store (if they have stock) or return via courier, only then could they refund me. I had one item outstanding, which they said would be delivered... to this date nothing has arrived, even though the order status, says it would be complete by 14th Jan. So much for online shopping? No attempt to provide a product in perfectly good condition. I called to ask that since I have not received this, I expect refunds for all my items.... equating to about R2000, in vouchers. To date, I have only recieved R400, even though I have a reference number, requested a manager to call me... this is absolutely shocking.

Called back today and the system is “offline” so they can’t process anything even though it was supposed to be processed last week.

Avoid Mr Price home online shopping... this is ****************.
