MR PRICE HOME ONLINE SHOPPING DISASTROUS!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I bought an item of furniture online from MRP Home. Their online system is very good when taking orders and taking your money, but if you try and return something, it IS A DISASTER!!!!! You cannot do it online. The system does not allow it. You cannot get through to Customer services. When you eventually do they are useless. They do not respond at all. I had to eventually swamp their email with 50 copies of my request to return before somebody responded. It took 2 weeks to arrange a courier to collect the item. Now, 4 days later, I have no confirmation or any communication from them to confirm receipt of the item, or when I will receive my refund! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FURNITURE FROM MRP HOME IF YOU"RE UNSURE. THEIR SERVICE IS DISASTROUS, AND YOU MAY NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. SHOP SOMEWHERE MORE RELIABLE! THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AND I DO A LOT OF ONLINE SHOPPING. MR PRICE HOME PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!
