MR Price HOME ONLINE SHOPPING DISASTER
On the 2nd of December I placed an online order (Order No ********** 94237) on the Mr price Home website to the value of R19000.00. Today will be 10 days later that I have called the call centre and spoken to over 20 call centre agents and 3 supervisors with one standard response, “we will call you back”. Needless to say I never get the call back.
Mr Price Home cant tell me where my order is or give me any indication of a delivery date.
PLEASE DO NOT USE MR PRICE ONLINE SHOPPING. YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED.
