Mr Price Home - online shopping
I have been waiting for my couches since 09 July, my other goods have arrived, however my couches have not.
I have contacted Mr price home numerous times to follow up and keep getting different stories as to where the couches are.
I am unable to track the couches as I do not have a tracking number linked to the couches and have not been given one.
I've been told they can't contact the warehouse and give me an estimated time of arrival as they don't have a warehouse number.
I want to know when my couches are arriving.

21 Jul 2022, 15:36Contacted Mr Price Home today , was kept on hold for some form of feedback , then I transferred through to the courier without them communicating any of my details , order number or concerns to the courier , straight transfer.
Spoke to the courier , they were only given the order to ship the goods yesterday which was done. Now the shipment gets shipped to Capetown Depot and will only be delivered to me next week.
Strange thing is that I received a email response from MR Price Home on the Hello Peter complaint that they have priorities my order and should receive it today , that is not happening and once again empty promises from Mr Price Group.
No customer service , transparency and honesty with their customers.
There is NO service ,support and professionalism shown at all from Mr Price Home.

21 Jul 2022, 15:39And let me add , Mr Price Home has Fridays off / office closed. Would be fantastic if they provided outstanding service Monday to Thursday to be given a well deserved Fridays office closed.
