Mr Price Home online shopping is a nightmare, due to the inferior and unprofessional courier service (City Logistics) they make use of. You will be lucky to receive your online purchase within a couple of weeks, or if ever. Contacting MRP via email is a dead-end. Their automated response seems to give leeway for one sentence answers ending in "have an awesome day" and then never to be heard of again. You will pay the hefty courier service for goods that are not delivered and if they are damaged when they arrive... good luck - you have wasted your money and its going to cost more of it , including much of your time to resolve such an issue.
