Mr Price Home online purchase website

I placed an order online on 27 October 2020, on the MRPHome website. Something went wrong with the website at that exact time, and my card payment wasn't authenticated. There isn't an option to 'redo' the payment, or cancel the order. My order status then said "awaiting payment". I trusted the payment will eventually go through. I placed another, different order, the next day and the payment was successfully authenticated, and went through. The first order still stated "awaiting payment". I sent emails from their website, emails from my email account, I sent a whatsapp message, and I enquired via Facebook Messenger. I had ZERO response from any one of these options. I then did an EFT payment to MrPHome on 29 October 2020, and emailed the proof of payment. I also notified them via Facebook Messenger, email and whatsapp. NO response, except that I got an email back stating that my email with the proof of payment was deleted without being read. Facebook Messenger responded by asking my details. I have yet to hear back. The order status on their website still indicates "awaiting payment". I am so fed up!
