Mr Price Home online purchase - Horrible Service

I purchased an item of furniture on the Mr Price Home website and it has been a horrible experience! Between numerous emails and calls between myself, Mr Price and their courier, I have still not received my item. Plus their call centre staff are not friendly. I also received an email stating that I could track my order online - but the link was faulty and the order does not even appear on my online Mr Price profile. I will never purchase from them again!
