Mr Price Home online = horrible

Specifically their online store.

I've order online, received the order and it was the incorrect product. I asked now already twice for the correct item, they just tell me that I need to ask for a refund, they will come and collect and then I need to order again (and pay delivery fees AGAIN). Or I need to go instore to exchange.

If I wanted to go instore, I would have went there in the first place.
