Mr price home online has the worst service

I’ve purchased a rug 180x230 cm online and they delivered an incorrect size 120x130 cm. When I sent an email asking them to change the size they told me about the prices that changed as it now went up and they advised about the refund. What does a price change have to do with an item exchange. The representative handling the matter was at no help as they insisted on arranging the refund so I can order again. The order that I will need to pay delivery for again!!!! How about trying to meet the client halfway. It’s so disappointing to get such service from big service provider like Mr price home
