Mr price home online has really horrible service

I recently ordered a piece of furniture from Mr Price Home, and my experience has been disappointing. Initially, I received very little communication about the delivery, which left me feeling uncertain about when to expect my order. When the item finally arrived, it was damaged. I returned the item right away, but despite reaching out to the call centre multiple times, I have not received any help in securing my refund. This lack of support has been incredibly frustrating. Do any queries actually get resolved or does Mr price Home just wait until we give up complaining?
