Mr Price Home Online Delivery missing in action

Pathetic service received from Mr Price Home Online Delivery. Bought 5 mirrors. Took an age to deliver just to find out 2 mirrors were damaged (1 broken). Sent various e-mails to Mr Price online customer service . Finally got e-mail back advising to follow-up again after Lockdown. No subsequent reponse received via e-mail, call centre worse than Telkom. Seems once the sale is done they just don't care.
