Mr Price Home Online deliveries SUCK

I ordered furniture online from MR Price Home on 20 May. On delivery day (28 May) the coffee table was damaged and I send it back with their courier company. I have contacted them a week later to inquire on when the replacement will be delivered. I have tried to contact them multiple times on the number they provide for online orders without any success, I have chatted online with customer support with no answers. I went to two different Mr Price branches for assistance, surprise, they can't help. They say it is an online order and it is not linked with them. A supervisor of the 2nd store send emails on my behalf and finally we got some replies. What is pathetic and scary is they basically have no idea what I am talking about after numerous emails and online chats stating the issue - no wonder my table is still not delivered. I received a call on 22 June for the 1st time after initial delivery to apologize for the inconvenience, really, whatever! Also this person asked me if I have the table, I said to him he needs to look at the courier company delivery note. They still haven't delivered my table, it is more than a month after initial order has been placed,and it is 4 weeks after delivery and they can't even replace this one item. I said I want my money back, but they refuse to do this, even the branches doesn't want to refund me. I want to warn any person out there that may consider to buy goods from them online for delivery to STAY AWAY.
