Mr Price Home Online

I made an order online and then when I did the payment and error screen. the payment went through on my credit card but the order is still awaiting payment. I only saw a few days later that the payment went through, so I have been calling to ask for a refund since 23 Feb. I have probably called about nine times already and every time they take the same details and then say it will be refund within 3 days and then no refund, then I phone again and explain that I have provided all the details, but then I try again. I have still not received my refund at 9 tries and once the lady promised to phone me back on the day. No call back. I also tried using the online chat platform. I was speaking to Clancy, which I also again had to provide all my details to and she logged my issue and said I should get feedback/refund on Tuesday which is 3 business days after we spoke. I got no feedback and no refund. I spoke to her yesterday again and the issue was escalated, but still no real feedback. I tried asking again today, but was completely ignored. Do not use Mr Price home online website. If something goes wrong, they are incapable at resolving the issue. I would not take that risk.
