MR Price Home ONLINE A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

Im so dissapointed with this establishment. I placed an order of R6 449.90 on the 23rd August 2019. I bought all these things unplanned as I was taking advantage of the offer they had , which was to spend over R5000 and get R1000 off. I placed the order online and I was sent a confirmation email to say payment received and order successfully placed.

Only to then find out they have refunded the money back into my account. I was not notified in anyway by Mr Price about this sudden change.

I have been going backwards and forwards trying to resolve this issue but to no avail. Ive spoken to so many different agents namely Shivani, Clancy Shetty, Lucky Shange , Michelin just to name a few....AND STILL NO RESOLVEMENT! I made it very clear the urgency of receiving these goods, yet it is now 4th September and still NO SOLUTION. All the customer service agents are just sending me round and round in circles. I am very much annoyed at this level of customer service and total disregard to meet out expectations.

What I require from Mr Price Home is for them to reinstate my order and have the R1000 offer still apply as this was no fault of my own. I had more than sufficient funds when placing the order and they decided to cancel it without informing me.

This is my first time buying from Mr Price Home and their service has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

I hope this will get resolved sooner rather than later.
