WHAT THE ACTUAL F***. I have ordered over 10k worth of furniture. Only to be **** to. Mr Price home online is an absolute atrocity. Told furniture would arrive 3-5 working days ( in store by actual Mr Price employees). We placed the order on the 11th, it’s the 20th today. Everyday a new story as to why they can’t come “ the truck broke down “ delivery to the wrong address or some other *** along the lines. My mother flew all the way to Cape Town to help me furnish an apartment leaving her work ( and it’s not some petty job) being promised the furniture would come, resulting in her constantly booking and cancelling flights. What the f***. My mom has tried endlessly to get help from customer service lines, to WhatsApp service to even going to 3 different branches. But no help or assistance to be seen anywhere only empty promises and disgusting service. After reading all these reviews it’s become evident your a ****, *****ULENT BUSINESS who has no integrity or honesty.Mr Price you’ve take my family and I for a ride emotionally, finically and physically, now I’m taking you for one, I will drag your name into the mud and make it be known on all my socials for my thousands of followers to know if this isn’t fixed by ‘tomorrow’ like you constantly state. I will make it my goal for people not to buy from you. Disgusting how you treat your customers. I wish I could give 0 stars.
