Hi there.
I’m highly disappointed in MRP Home Online . I ordered online at MRP Home. I got a Email yesterday at 9AM that my order is out for shipping.
So at 4PM I still haven’t received any delivery. So I Emailed help@mrpd and They said that the couriers advised that I’m in an outlying area and they service the area on Wednesday and Thursday!
I’m highly disgusted about this, because I’ve paid R70 for express delivery door to door 1-3 working days for a reason to be delivered as quick as possible. And this is not the first time this is happening.
You guys have to sort it out. My order is ready for shipping. I paid for Xpress delivery and I want my package to be delivery today.
