Mr Price Home: not such a merry Christmas, thanks to you

Today, my new couch and two tub chairs were delivered. One tub chair's arm rest is completely broken and the couch fabric is covered in dirty marks and smudges. I would feel embarrassed to give this furniture away for free. I paid over R14 000 for it. I'm going to try and send it back tomorrow. My family will probably be spending Christmas sitting on the floor around the Christmas tree, if the defective and dirty furniture and its packaging are removed in time. Thank you, Mr Price.
