Mr Price Home not interested in making money or providing service

When trying to enquire about stock levels from the Canal Walk store I spoke to the Store Manager who kept me holding for more than 5 minutes, after which I gave her my phone number with a promise that she would call me back immediately. After repeated efforts to call during the course of the morning I gave up as I could not get through. I then contacted the online chat where a person called Thobane informed me that I could send an email to customer support which I promptly did. Still no joy. Seems Mr Price is not intererested in making money ?
